How to file a claim

Claims are raised and documents uploaded securely inside your GoCover portal, after you sign in.

  1. Sign in to your GoCover employee portal.
  2. Go to Claims and start a new claim.
  3. Enter the claim details and upload your supporting documents.
  4. Track the status of your claim any time from the same portal.
