Simple steps to claim reimbursement after treatment.

1. Download & fill the reimbursement claim form.
2. Attach bills, discharge summary & prescriptions.
3. Upload on Claim Forms page or email to claims@gocover.in.
4. We will coordinate with insurer and update claim status.
